Lucilla

Lucilla c.149 – 182 A.D.

Lucilla was the wife of Lucius Verus. After his death she remained influential through the marriage of a senator. In 182 a plot to overthrow Commodus was uncovered in which she played a role and she was subsequently banished to the island of Capri.
